Leading international finance magazine Euromoney has today named Minor International as winner of the 10th annual Real Estate Survey as 'Best Developer – Leisure/Hotel' overall in Thailand, 2014.
Euromoney magazine's tenth annual Real Estate Survey canvassed the opinions of real estate advisors, developers, investment managers, corporate end-users and banks in over 60 countries and regions worldwide. Respondents ranked which firms they thought were the best providers of real estate products and services in their market over the past 12 months. The survey was conducted from March 18th until May 29th 2014 and received 2343 valid responses representing a 14% overall increase on the 2013 survey as the largest ever Euromoney Real Estate Poll.
