Minor International Public Company Limited ("MINT") would like to announce the resignation of Ms. Pratana Mongkolkul from the position of Group Chief Financial Officer. The resignation will take effect from January 1, 2012 onwards. Nonetheless, Ms. Pratana will continue to retain her role as a Director of the company.
MINT is extremely grateful for Ms. Pratana's valuable contributions to the company as the Group Chief Financial Officer over the past several years and wishes her the very best in her future endeavors.
